    Access model

    Read-only access to bridge and platform manager APIs. Configuration changes are implemented by your team, or by Deltar under written instruction, depending on the agreed model.

    Reporting cadence

    A weekly bridge review pack covers routing integrity, LP performance and configuration drift. Incidents and failover events are reported as they happen.
